我所(suo)在公司(si)為瑞(rui)士公司(si)機械(xie)行業,公司(si)在德(de)國(guo)也(ye)有工(gong)廠(chang)(chang),在上海也(ye)有工(gong)廠(chang)(chang),但是(shi)上海的工(gong)廠(chang)(chang)明顯質(zhi)量不(bu)如德(de)國(guo)工(gong)廠(chang)(chang):
個人分(fen)析(xi)主要三個原因:
1. 工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)的素質---在(zai)我公司德(de)國或者(zhe)瑞士工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)多數都(dou)(dou)是工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)培(pei)養的學(xue)徒(tu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),這(zhe)與(yu)他們的教育體制有(you)關(guan)系,他們在(zai)16-7歲開始(shi)就進工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)一(yi)邊(bian)學(xue)習,一(yi)邊(bian)做工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),所(suo)以到20歲左(zuo)右時,其實(shi)已經有(you)4-5年的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作經驗。而我們上海工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)多數都(dou)(dou)是學(xue)校里(li)畢業出(chu)來的新手(shou),這(zhe)些新手(shou)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作能力明顯要低一(yi)些。
2. 工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)的穩(wen)定性(xing)---在(zai)德國(guo)及(ji)瑞士(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)里(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作超(chao)過30年的工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)比(bi)比(bi)皆是(shi),有些更(geng)是(shi)祖孫三代在(zai)公司里(li)上班,原因很簡單,工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)的收(shou)入相差不是(shi)特別大(da),所(suo)以大(da)家也愿意在(zai)一家工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)里(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。 而上海(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠(chang)里(li)超(chao)過5年的工(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)就鳳毛(mao)菱角(jiao)。
3. 加(jia)工(gong)設備上的投(tou)入,雖然手(shou)心手(shou)背都是(shi)肉,但是(shi)其實差距還是(shi)很(hen)大(da)的,我們瑞(rui)士德國(guo)工(gong)廠(chang)的生產設備,工(gong)藝管理,檢驗過(guo)程等(deng)等(deng)投(tou)入要比上海工(gong)廠(chang)多的多,所以產品的質量也受到很(hen)大(da)的影(ying)響。這樣的情況在我們集團內部都如(ru)此明顯(xian),與國(guo)內的一些民(min)營企業相(xiang)比較就(jiu)更顯(xian)著了。
看到諸位(wei)的(de)評論,我還是有一(yi)些不同(tong)看法的(de),
1. 關于“生產不(bu)計成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)”, 這個(ge)我(wo)(wo)絕對不(bu)同(tong)意(yi),只要是(shi)工廠就(jiu)必須(xu)計成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben),就(jiu)必須(xu)降(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben),在目前的大環境下,降(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)是(shi)每個(ge)工廠的任務,只是(shi)“降(jiang)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)”跟(gen)“降(jiang)價”是(shi)兩個(ge)概念,希(xi)望大家明白我(wo)(wo)的意(yi)思。
2. 關于德(de)國人的(de)(de)(de)“敬(jing)業(ye)精神及(ji)(ji)嚴謹態度”,首先我(wo)(wo)非(fei)常贊同德(de)國人有(you)嚴謹的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)態度,以(yi)及(ji)(ji)非(fei)常好的(de)(de)(de)敬(jing)業(ye)精神,但是大家可以(yi)換個(ge)角度思(si)考一下為什(shen)么中國的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)人現在做不到這樣呢(ni)?我(wo)(wo)粗略的(de)(de)(de)算過(guo)一個(ge)我(wo)(wo)公(gong)司德(de)國工(gong)人的(de)(de)(de)單位(wei)小(xiao)時(shi)工(gong)資大概是我(wo)(wo)司上海(hai)工(gong)人的(de)(de)(de)8倍以(yi)上,瑞士是10倍以(yi)上,去過(guo)德(de)國的(de)(de)(de)朋(peng)友都知(zhi)道,德(de)國的(de)(de)(de)物價(jia)與上海(hai)物價(jia)差距是怎樣的(de)(de)(de)。
個人(ren)認(ren)為目前企業如何能通過合(he)理的福利(li)制度以及有效的培訓來提高員工的穩定(ding)性(xing)及個人(ren)素質(zhi)是最主(zhu)要的,設(she)備(bei)可以買(mai),但是人(ren)真的是買(mai)不來的。一(yi)個穩定(ding)團(tuan)隊比先進的設(she)備(bei)來的有用(yong)的多(duo)。
