端面磨(mo)床(chuang)工(gong)作原理結合圖1介(jie)紹如下:
操作人員(yuan)將(jiang)待(dai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)放到(dao)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)箱內(nei)(如(ru)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)道(dao)無待(dai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)時,可手(shou)動(dong)(dong)補料(liao)(liao)),自(zi)動(dong)(dong)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)箱將(jiang)待(dai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)補充到(dao)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)道(dao)上(shang),機(ji)械(xie)手(shou)臂1自(zi)動(dong)(dong)將(jiang)待(dai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)從(cong)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)道(dao)上(shang)抓起,放入到(dao)換(huan)料(liao)(liao)位置(zhi)的夾具上(shang),機(ji)床工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位切換(huan),待(dai)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)進入到(dao)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)位置(zhi)進行加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。
加(jia)工時,機(ji)(ji)械手臂1和機(ji)(ji)械手臂2對換料(liao)(liao)位置(zhi)的(de)工位進(jin)行換料(liao)(liao),加(jia)工完成后,在線測量儀對工件(jian)進(jin)行測量,并將結果反(fan)饋給系統(tong)進(jin)行判斷是(shi)否(fou)需要自動補(bu)正等(deng)操作,系統(tong)執行相應指(zhi)令,工位切換,機(ji)(ji)械手臂2將換料(liao)(liao)位置(zhi)夾(jia)具上加(jia)工好的(de)工件(jian)取出放到(dao)(dao)下(xia)料(liao)(liao)道上,下(xia)料(liao)(liao)道將加(jia)工完成的(de)工件(jian)輸(shu)送(song)到(dao)(dao)收料(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)上進(jin)行存放,機(ji)(ji)床完成一(yi)次自動循環指(zhi)令。

二、海默端面(mian)磨床各(ge)部件功能(neng)簡介
下面(mian)結合圖1簡要介紹(shao)各部(bu)件的功(gong)能:
1. 自動(dong)(dong)上(shang)料箱:臨時(shi)存放(fang)待加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)(jian),機床自動(dong)(dong)加(jia)工(gong)時(shi),自動(dong)(dong)上(shang)料箱將待加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)放(fang)入上(shang)料道上(shang),起到自動(dong)(dong)上(shang)料的作用。
2. 上(shang)(shang)料(liao)(liao)道(dao):輸送待加(jia)工工件到(dao)機械手臂1的(de)位置,為上(shang)(shang)料(liao)(liao)做準(zhun)備,上(shang)(shang)料(liao)(liao)道(dao)可以放置多個待加(jia)工工件,需(xu)要操作(zuo)人員(yuan)或自動上(shang)(shang)料(liao)(liao)箱(xiang)將待加(jia)工工件放置在(zai)上(shang)(shang)料(liao)(liao)道(dao)上(shang)(shang),并定(ding)時補充。
3. 機(ji)(ji)械(xie)手臂(bei)1:又稱上(shang)料(liao)(liao)手臂(bei),機(ji)(ji)械(xie)手臂(bei)1及手臂(bei)上(shang)的機(ji)(ji)械(xie)手將待加工(gong)工(gong)件抓取、放置(zhi)到換(huan)料(liao)(liao)位置(zhi)的工(gong)位上(shang),實現上(shang)料(liao)(liao)功能。
4. 機械手臂(bei)2:又稱下料(liao)手臂(bei),機械手臂(bei)2及手臂(bei)上的機械手將加工(gong)完成的工(gong)件抓(zhua)取、放置到下料(liao)道上,實現(xian)下料(liao)功能。
5. 在線測量儀:對加工(gong)好的(de)工(gong)件進(jin)行(xing)厚度尺寸的(de)測量,并將測量結果(guo)反饋給系統進(jin)行(xing)補償等(deng)操(cao)作。
6. 下(xia)料(liao)道:輸(shu)送加工完(wan)成(cheng)的工件(jian)到下(xia)一工序位置或臨時(shi)存放加工完(wan)成(cheng)的工件(jian)。
7. 收料機:存放更(geng)多加工完成的工件,不讓(rang)加工完成的工件占用下(xia)料道。
