內圓磨床自動上下料方式
一般向軸套、軸承、法(fa)蘭等都(dou)需要對內孔(kong)進行磨(mo)削加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong),在(zai)目前的內圓(yuan)磨(mo)床的磨(mo)削加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)內孔(kong)的過程中(zhong)普遍存在(zai)內圓(yuan)磨(mo)床的自(zi)動(dong)化程度不夠,一般都(dou)是人(ren)(ren)工(gong)實(shi)現自(zi)動(dong)上(shang)下(xia)料(liao),這樣(yang)不僅增加(jia)(jia)(jia)了(le)工(gong)作人(ren)(ren)員的勞動(dong)強度,降低(di)了(le)生產(chan)效率,工(gong)件(jian)定位和加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)質量較差,且上(shang)、下(xia)料(liao)時人(ren)(ren)手要靠近鋒利的砂(sha)輪,極有可能因為操(cao)作失誤給工(gong)作人(ren)(ren)員帶來人(ren)(ren)身傷害(hai)。
為了提高(gao)(gao)內(nei)圓(yuan)磨床自(zi)動化程度,提高(gao)(gao)生產(chan)效率,降低存在(zai)的(de)安全隱患,給內(nei)圓(yuan)磨床增(zeng)加了一種自(zi)動上(shang)下(xia)(xia)料的(de)裝置,這種自(zi)動上(shang)下(xia)(xia)料的(de)裝置包括上(shang)料道(dao)、節料機構(gou)、推送機構(gou)、擋料機構(gou)和(he)下(xia)(xia)料道(dao)。

節(jie)(jie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)用于(yu)輸送(song)上料(liao)(liao)(liao)道內(nei)滾落的(de)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)至(zhi)推(tui)(tui)送(song)機(ji)構(gou),且在上一(yi)(yi)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)進行內(nei)孔(kong)削(xue)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)時,限(xian)位下(xia)(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),直至(zhi)上一(yi)(yi)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)經下(xia)(xia)(xia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)道下(xia)(xia)(xia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)后,再輸送(song)下(xia)(xia)(xia)一(yi)(yi)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)至(zhi)推(tui)(tui)送(song)機(ji)構(gou);推(tui)(tui)送(song)機(ji)構(gou)用于(yu)旋(xuan)轉推(tui)(tui)送(song)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)至(zhi)加(jia)工工位進行內(nei)孔(kong)削(xue)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo);擋料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)與節(jie)(jie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)、推(tui)(tui)送(song)機(ji)構(gou)配合,限(xian)位待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)按指定路(lu)線運動。通過節(jie)(jie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)桿上下(xia)(xia)(xia)移動控(kong)制上料(liao)(liao)(liao)和(he)下(xia)(xia)(xia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)節(jie)(jie)奏,通過機(ji)械手旋(xuan)轉推(tui)(tui)送(song)待(dai)(dai)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)至(zhi)加(jia)工工位,實現了上料(liao)(liao)(liao)-加(jia)工-下(xia)(xia)(xia)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)自動循環,整個(ge)加(jia)工過程無需人(ren)工干(gan)預,工作人(ren)員勞動強度低(di),內(nei)孔(kong)加(jia)工效率得到了較大提高。
